7 years after my first Museum of Childhood Ad…

7 years after my partner Mike Nicholson and I first originated the V&A Museum Of Childhood campaign I’m back with another ad. A great concept written by Diccon Driver and Alan Wilson at AMV BBDO, you’ll find lots of them by lots of different illustrators up around Bethnal Green now.

Connecting bee lovers and keepers, artists, designers, environmentalists, and the wider public, we’re working to raise awareness on the issues faced by the Honey Bee and other important pollinators. With the help of a diverse spectrum of individuals and organisations, we will be developing a series of cultural and educational initiatives. The aim of such events being to directly benefit the bees, our communities and the environment.

Part of our fundraising activity will allow us to establish and maintain bee hives within local communities. As well as providing a free local food source, they will be the focus of educational activities for local residents. We want to recruit retired beekeepers to look after hives in their neighbourhoods, and encourage local residents to take part.

We’ll also be campaigning on a national and international level to change governmental policy on pesticides, and to encourage biodiversity through better land management.
